My Asus laptop was playing up so took it to techShop.They tried there best to resolve the problems but eventually told me they would have to format the hard drive. They were even prepared to first copy the hard drive and reinstall the programmes after formatting the hard drive. I told them I had my documents on my external hard drive. They went ahead and that solved the problems. I mentioned I would lose Office so they reinstalled office for me. The service was excellent and they continued to keep me up to date on the progress. I am very satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs.

I have a 5 Star lodge in the middle of nowhere and have international guests that expect 5 star internet and that is exactly what Arno and his team from TechCONNECT provided me in a very remote area in the Bush. Before I used to pay thousands of rand a month for cellular data ( which was sketchy at the best of times ) I have had such good service from Arno and his team at TechCONNECT that I have referred him to friends as I know that they will get the same excellent service that I received.
